If you are an Animals-lover (hmm... that just looks wrong) make sure to check out 1977-05-09 from Oakland. It's one of the best sounding boots and the Gilmour's guitar has a nice raunchy-grungy sound to it. I believe I may start torrent-ing just for this show.

(It takes a little while to get past all the phish shows but it will be worth it.)

Enjoy,

I was there with my buddies, about 20 rows from the stage.
First time I had seen them live. Gilmour was magic. The show was truly amazing.

Well toggle my cookies!!
I had no idea that there was this much Floyd on this site.
What a dumbass I am...I should look around more.
I really can't believe that the money hungry guys from
Floyd would let all this downloadable/free music fly. wow.

Thanks *

Worth checking out Col Les Claypool's Flying Frog Brigade's live version of Animals at Great American Music Hall with Jay Lane on drums, Jeff Chimenti on keyboards, and Skerik blowing mad sax. My daughter's first show - in utero.
